To kick things off, one live auction item will grant the winning bidder first choice from the Bourbon & Beyond Wall. The remaining ticket holders will then select their bourbon in the order their names are drawn, adding excitement and anticipation throughout the evening.

Raising the Steaks
We’re thrilled to welcome an unforgettable (and delicious) new addition to the 2026 CASA Auction experience—thanks to Golden Belt Beef.
This year, Golden Belt Beef is truly “raising the steaks” by donating an incredible beef-forward culinary experience—all in support of CASA.
During our social hour, guests will enjoy samples of beef sliders, brisket, and prime rib, served by attendants circulating the room. When it’s time for dinner, Golden Belt Beef will take center stage again, providing prime rib and brisket, perfectly paired with our hors d'oeuvres for a memorable meal.
